My name is Sandra Glading and I have more than 15 years of experience as a communications leader, including roles at startups, some of the world’s largest technology and media companies, and leading public relations agencies. Notably, I’ve often been a builder, joining companies or teams at inflection points and helping to chart a path to the next stage of success.

At my core, I’m a storyteller with a lifelong passion for creating compelling narratives. I’m also a simplifier of complex communications who loves taking tricky topics and turning them into clear, relatable stories. I’m experienced in and have been successful at driving brand and product awareness, and fostering user, employee, and partner awareness and affinity. 

I’m a data storytelling aficionado who enjoys taking insights and turning them into opportunities to add value to the hottest conversations in the zeitgeist. I also love working with people and helping them grow, whether it’s a C-Suite executive or someone who’s new to the professional world; I am a passionate coach, trainer, and mentor. And of course, when crises strike, I don my firefighter hat and work towards the best possible outcome with a cool head, good humor in the face of stress, and strategic thinking.

I also believe that how I do things matters as much as the results I get: I'm a doer, a listener, a developer of strong and long-lasting relationships, and a firm believer that reaching goals requires creativity, humor in the face of stress, a positive attitude, and a never-say-die approach to problem solving.
